Lucy is genuinely amazing at what she does. Her massages are far better than any I’ve had at expensive spas, or even travelling in Thailand! She’s very skilled, knowledgable, warm and friendly and the environment at the retreat is super comfortable and relaxing. Highly recommend the Relaxaflex treatment, especially if you’ve not tried reflexology before - It’s amazing!!

What a fab experience. From start to finish. Jacqui was welcoming and put me ease straight away, she was very professional. I Walked away very happy and will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Ryan is amazing! I go to him for deep tissue massage for shoulders, lower back and legs. His knowledge and technique are both 10/10, he makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. 100% recommend.

Ryan was incredible. He talked me through every part of the process and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout. Even after 1 session my back feels so much better. Definitely plan on booking in again and cant wait.
