Jemma’s massages are absolutely faultless. Her pressure is perfect in all the right areas, uses a lot of heat to help ease tension (plus it’s super relaxing!) and her energy is so calming and tranquil. I’ve had many massages and hers truly are the best - thank you Jem❤️

Having never worn make up ever (I'm 65! ) I wanted to pamper myself as I'm going to a family wedding at the weekend. The girls in Beauty Highcliffe made my visit special and the girls in there did a brilliant job. Just had my first ever massage today at Beauty Highcliffe. Can't believe I've waited 29 years before having one! Online booking was easy to use. I had a voucher which couldn't have been easier to redeem. The massage itself was wonderful, communicative throughout about my preferred pressure. I left feeling refreshed and light as a feather. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! I felt comfortable the moment Zoe answered the door, nothing was too much trouble and my pedicure was amazing! The products she used were scrumptious, the warm towels and massage were luxurious and I love my winter toes 😍😍

Absolutely brilliant. This was the best waxing I have ever had. Such a lovely lady and so welcoming. I felt relaxed immediately. Room lovely and calm and cool considering it was so hot outside. Cannot fault the service at all and we will definitely be returning for a massage and more treatments. The most outstanding massage ever from Jemma tonight - she is so expertly intuitive and just knows exactly what my mind, body and spirit need. The whole experience was beautifully intense with deep pressure especially round my neck and shoulders. I loved the tender acupressure massage too and I feel totally reset and wonderfully healed. I could have stayed there forever and really didn’t want it to end. I must also add that I drive a two hour round trip to have my massages with Jemma, which is totally worth it. If only I lived round the corner. Thank you Jemma 💖
