I have been a client of the Keratin Lab for the last 4 years, and this place has such a great vibe — super comfortable and easy to get things done. I literally get work done while they do my hair. Meghan is the best! She always gives great advice on treatments and does my hair amazing every single time. Highly recommend!!

Gabeeba is one of the best stylists at The Covered Pearl. She is well educated in the hair space and is also always looking for new and better ways to treat hair. I love that she ensures her clients hair is of top priority, if your hair can't handle the treatment she will let you know - which many salons don't do.

I had a very pleasant appointment at the Lab! Meghan and her colleagues did a great job on my keratin treatment and I was able to work from there on my laptop in a peaceful environment, while enjoying a delicious coffee! It was my first time and I'll definitely be back :D

I booked a wash and cut service which was great, exactly what I was looking for. I did also book a 15 min keratin consultation but I felt that my stylist was not able to answer some of my questions around the kertain product. Would be great if someone could contact me to answer a couple remaining questions I have. Thanks!

The atmosphere, ambiance & the Friendly welcome of fresh energy made me feel relaxed. Laying on the bed, wash basin and a massage while washed my hair was what i needed. I went back for a full body exfoliation and I was not at all disappointed. it was the most relaxing experience ever, Jenay worked her magic all over my body and I am still feeling the calmness she passed on to me through her hands she is truly gifted. It felt like a real hammam spa treatment and I fell asleep through my full body massage. I am recommending Khoena and Jenay to everyone I know this is one secret I don't mind sharing.
