I had my first treatment with Neelam today. I got a hydrofacial and SkinPen treatment, and the entire experience was amazing from start to finish. I felt so relaxed and pampered the whole time. She talked me through every step of the process, explaining what she was doing and what to expect, which made me feel completely comfortable. The service was truly exceptional. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to see the results after 6 sessions.

Always a delight and pleasure to visit and have my haircut. Zarra is always welcoming and such a happy and friendly personality. Always a welcome and friendly atmosphere at Hairpoint, chatting with both staff and customers alike. This is what real old fashioned customer service is all about. You don’t see that very often these days. Already looking forward to my next haircut.

Had Dermaplaning facial with Mary . My first time having this done and so relaxing and lovely to get a nice steam cleanse and get rid of peach fuzz on my face . Mary was lovely and friendly and took her time doing the facial . Definitely recommend Mary and this facial .

I’ve been lucky enough to be treated by Neelam for well over a year now, starting with waxing and moving on to laser, which has been a game changer! I’ve always had extremely dark hair and had the struggle of ingrowns and irritation for years, since I’ve started laser hair removal I’ve had barely any ingrowns, my hair is much finer and lighter and my skin overall much smoother. I now feel comfortable and confident enough to wear a bikini on holiday and not worry about rashes or covering myself up. Neelam has always made me feel relaxed and I know I can trust her to get the best results!
