I’ve just had the most magical reflexology treatment with Michelle, and honestly, I didn’t realise how much I needed it until I drifted off to sleep on the couch. From the moment I arrived, everything felt perfect — the warm welcome, the soothing atmosphere, and those heavenly hot towels on my feet. The treatment itself was pure bliss. I left feeling lighter, deeply relaxed, and with such relief in my achy feet — not to mention all the incredible holistic benefits that come with reflexology. I’ll definitely be making this a regular ritual!

Louise at Thrive Wellness Centre is absolutely amazing, I went for a 90 minute deep tissue massage with her and feel much better in myself. She takes the time to understand the issues and help you feel relaxed. Provides a calming approach, and tailors the massage to exactly what's needed. The studio space is perfect, very clean, fresh and tastefully decorated. Looking forward to continuing my wellness journey with her. Highly recommended.

I have been attending thrive wellness centre for a few months now. Louise was so helpful and caring and after chatting to me booked me to the most appropriate professional for treatment. Riaan has made a huge difference to my injury and I am now free of discomfort. He is professional, caring and easy to talk to which adds to the positive experience. The location of Thrive is good with ample road parking nearby and a very relaxing and quiet space for the treatment. I would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic ! The room was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable and the smell was very pleasant. Michelle was very professional and friendly. The treatment was incredible . Michelle catered for my sore , Sprained ankle and made sure I was warm and comfortable throughout. The treatment was very relaxing and the pressure applied was perfect for me . I have been yawning since as I am so relaxed . I will be back very soon and I would highly recommend. Very reasonable price too for the service I got . I have paid more elsewhere for treatments not anywhere near as good as this !

Melissa was very friendly. Had a facial & indian head massage. Compared to others the price was great. Facial itself was very relaxing & included a hand & arm massage which was a nice touch! Reasons for 4 stars 1: temp in treatment room/salon was very warm (don’t think there was air con) 2: the music would play one spa song & then you would get a random ad thrown in, you just get relaxed and in the mood then have a window ad or someone rambling on about insurance. Despite this I would return. Small suggestions Switch the music to a cd/music subscription & add a fan & it would be 5+ stars!
