As a beginner to reform pilates, I did not want to join a big class and feel stupid,, so a 1:1 session with Danielle was perfect. The studio is lovely and calming and the equipment is as you'd find in a larger studio. Danielle is very knowledgable and made sure to correct my form to get the utmost benefit from the session. I will be back for certain!

I’ve been coming to Sarah for around 15 years now , I just wouldn’t trust any other person with my treatments. She puts your mind at ease for any worries and talks you through the whole process. Her clinic is spotlessly clean and inviting. She’s also very honest with you and will only allow you to have the treatments you need , she wants everyone to look and feel their very best . It’s always a lovely treat to see Sarah and she makes you feel amazing at every visit. Highly recommended!!!

My appointment today with Michaela was to get rid of my 'mum tum'. It was for 1.5 hrs. She used various machines. Then my tummy was wrapped in 'cling film' and i was told to keep it on for a few hours. The treatment was completely painless, and we chatted the whole time. Michaela is very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable. I have no hesitation in recommending her. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Jen ☺️

I first met Michaela for a consultation after a few messages. I found her to be very friendly and knowledgeable. I told her my problems and insecurities which she has said she can sort.
