I had the most relaxing afternoon! The massage from Lucy was wonderful and I appreciated the heated bed and calm atmosphere. I could hear people outside (in the hotel garden?) now and again but it wasn’t major. Vicky did an amazing job with my eyebrows and lashes and reassured me as I was a bit nervous about making this change. The treatments took longer than anticipated but I appreciated that they weren’t in a rush and we had some great chats. Thank you! Looking forward to returning next time I’m in Hastings.

When home I try to get a massage once a month. I wasn’t sure what to expect being used to my massage therapist at home. I was exceptionally pleased with the comfort of the room and my massage was wonderful. Next time I’m in Hastings I will visit again.

Charlotte is the master at the inner facial. My face shape is transformed every time. It’s worth every penny. Gold standard. We are so lucky to have this treatment in Hastings it’s such a luxury.
