Today was my second appointment with Abby. She makes me feel so relaxed and welcomed every time. I was a lip filler virgin and I was so nervous about having the procedure done. I go to Gemma for various other treatments so I knew I was going to be in safe hands. Having being my first experience with the treatment I had today, Gemma talked me through the machine used and how the process works and the benefits it’ll have for my skin. The treatment was quick and pain free after which I went into a different room where relaxing music was played whilst I had a LED mask to finish the procedure. Came away with a sample cleanser and chocolate. Professional, friendly, perfect. Can’t wait for my next treatment.
