It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

I think brighter lighting should be added in the waxing rooms to assist the therapist. Dimmable LEDs would be best as it can be dimmed for massage sessions.

What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. Bernadette was kind, gentle and thorough and also shaped my brows beautifully. I have found my new therapist and its close to my home. Thank you Bernadette I will definately be back!

Another exceptional experience at Artisan Skin. The team truly understands how to make every visit feel like a reset. I always have a great experience! Bernadette makes you feel comfortable, the music is such a vibe and I can fall asleep mid waxing! Everything is clean and sanitised and I am looking forward to my next appointment. Needless to say, my husband is happy with the results 🤭

Lindsey is such a great therapist. She makes you feel so comfortable and the conversation flows with ease. Waxing appointments are 'chores' but Lindsey makes them as pleasant as possible!

Had lip & chin, Hollywood and underarm wax done. Genevieve was absolutely amazing, making sure that I was happy with the wax temperature and comfortable on the whole.
