The second time having a Himalayan singing bowl massage with Janet. An absolutely lovely treatment. Very different from a ‘hands on’ massage and also relaxing in a different way to a ‘hands on’ massage. Definitely worth a try. Welcoming and cosy space too.

She provides not only great massage but advice and infomation which will help your recovery or maintainance including stretches and exercises.
