She was incredibly respectful, skilled, and made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. So good! I’ve never done a TMJ massage yet and Adam was super informative and professional with everything! We did an assessment, then the massage itself, then a post treatment thing where we went over stretches that can help. Throughout the whole process he was super nice and let me know what’s going on + gave good notes/advice/explanation on things as they were happening. Overall super awesome, and everyone else there was super friendly as well. Thanks a bunch!
