I had the Glow Up this morning and the difference in my skin is insane. As always Trudy has outdone herself and I am truly glowing.

The sound bath was beautiful. I was very calm and relaxed after the reiki and chimes. Definitely needed. Trudy is wonderful at all her therapies but this is now one of my favourites.

On my first visit, this was an absolutely pristine experience. It was sheer bliss from start to finish. Karen is a miracle worker, and had exactly the right combination of gentle pressured touch, alongside very soothing movements and rhythms. Would highly recommend a visit to Karen as she is an expert at reducing stress and anxiety, and I left feeling delighted with what was surely the first of many visits. Amazing, shoulders feel great highly recommend bamboo sticks if muscles are very knotted, booked in again immediately! Banter is great and took lots of time to go through everything with me :) xox
