Adele is lovely, she really made me feel at ease, and relaxed. She's extremely down to earth, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her work environment is peaceful and comfortable too. Old pmu lazer removal! Charlotte is so professional and keeps you informed throughout lazer. Charlotte first places a cooling strip over brows before starting the removal! These strips are great. Pads on eyes and safety glasses are worn. Charlotte counts down 1 2 3 as she comes into contact to the skin with the lazer. just a slight discomfort during the lazer process. Instructions on after care. Now to go through the 8 week healing process

Kelly is absolutely amazing at what she does she knows exactly what shape and colour brows suit me. I would never trust anyone else to do my brows. After a very hard year and losing my hair I was worried about coming but Kelly made me feel so relaxed and actually enjoy having a pamper! She is the kindest most genuine person ever and I can’t recommend her enough!

Hair appointment with the fabulous talented Angie today. Highlights and low lights, cut and blow dry. Always listens to what I want and always delivers. ☺️ Also had my eyebrows waxed and tinted and eyelash tint with the lovely Aimee. 👌 Always made to feel welcome in the salon, such a friendly bunch of ladies.
