Went for a couples massage today and we had a really amazing experience. Our therapist was Phelina and Tess. Our massage was very thorough and I really like the flow and detail of the movements. The foot soak was so good and it was really good that our therapist asked us from time to time about the pressure when they massage a different part of the body. Overall was very satisfied and already booked the package to come back again. Thank you for your hard work and really good service!

Rochell did an absolutely amazing job! She’s not only skilled but also such a lovely and warm person. My whole body feels incredibly light and refreshed. It’s like a weight has been lifted. Pheng, the receptionist, was just as lovely. So welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walked in really made the whole experience great! Bamboo Spa Botany truly exceeded our expectations. My partner and I couldn’t be happier with the service, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an exceptional and relaxing experience!

The best massage I've ever had! I've been going to bamboo spas and it's my first time trying out botany branch, and i would say out of all their branches in auckland this is by far the best! Their staff are all nice and friendly, cleanliness is immaculate, it smells so clean and nice inside the spa. No lingering oil smell, the massage was so good, Jen was very attentive and pays attention to details. She made sure i was comfortable all through out, plus the pressure was very good, it was so relaxing. I would gladly visit them again!

I visited Bamboo Spa Botany this morning and had a one-hour massage with Alyn. I’ve been suffering from neck and shoulder tension, frequent headaches, and poor sleep lately. Alyn’s massage was exactly what I needed — her pressure was perfect, and she focused on the areas that were most tense. After the session, my headache was gone and my shoulders felt much lighter. I chose the one-hour massage to try it out, and now I’m definitely interested in exploring other treatments next time. The turmeric ginger tea served afterward was a lovely and soothing finish to the experience. Highly recommend.

It was my first time trying a hot stone massage, and I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist than Phelina. She explained everything before starting, checked the temperature of the stones, and adjusted the pressure just right. The warmth spread through my whole body and loosened every bit of tension. I actually fell asleep halfway through that’s how relaxing it was! I walked out feeling peaceful and refreshed.

Extremely good massage and experience overall. I feel more relaxed with reduced body pain and my body tightness has almost vanished. Will definitely visit again.
