Gary was great very friendly and a great haircut. I offer some feedback just cuz I think it will help for future experiences. There were a few times where Gary turned me towards the entrance (where a couple folks waited), or towards another customer for many minutes at a time - it felt a tiny bit awkward to be facing other people and not seeing my hair get cut in the mirror. It also seemed like he was very busy, booked back to back with no breaks - needs a lunch break in there somewhere as I wait 20 minutes despite having an appointment - no biggie but having breaks would help. Thanks

Great service! The location is super clean and classy and located in Gastown. I went in for just a full colour but ended up getting some partial highlights and a cut as well, it turned out perfect and would highly recommend. First time in this salon - arrived with a cut and color both badly in need of a fix. Tio is an artisan, did a fabulous job, executing a color and cut far more flattering for my face and skin, and was a joy to be with. Much enjoyed the salon itself as well — it’s a lovely, fresh clean, spacious, brick walled loft, super conveniently located in Gastown.
