She really took the time to understand what I wanted and offered great advice that made a real difference. I had the most amazing experience at Gladys salon! I went in for full head highlights, root colour, and a cut and blow dry, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Sharifa was absolutely wonderful—so warm, professional, and incredibly talented. She really took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave such thoughtful advice along the way. The colour turned out beautifully, the cut is perfect, and the blow dry gave me that flawless, salon-finish feel.
