This was my second visit to Sultana Spa, and it was just as wonderful as the first. I had a Turkish scrub, bubble massage, and Thai massage — each seamless, relaxing, and expertly delivered. The staff are professional, skilled, and genuinely friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The spotless facilities, especially the hot stone steam room, are world-class and deeply rejuvenating. With a perfect location opposite Dubai Mall and stunning Burj Khalifa views, Sultana Spa is a true five-star retreat I’ll happily return to.

It was very smoot and convenient process to schedule massage with Ruhee. Deep tissue Massage is what I needed after our stressfaul move into Dubai from Europe. Thanks to their amazing Service, I was able to schedule Massage the very next Day at time of my convenience. To me, Massage at home is another level of relaxation. Sabina was outstanding Massage therapist. I will highly recommend her to evryone and already planning to book my next one with her. Thank you Ruhee and Sabina.

Love this place! Customer service is great and efficient + complementary coffee ❤️ I have been struggling to find a good place in Dubai and a friend recommended Amro Salon for me. I took the risk to come here and cut my hair, since I don’t usually trust a lot of people with my hair, but the place have good reputation for hair services! I didn’t get the man name but he was super nice and professional! I even asked them to do me dry blow, meni & pedi afterwards! And both were amazing! Highly recommend if you’re new to the country like me and want trustworthy and excellent service!

My experience at Luci Luna salon was amazing! The staff are very polite, providing great customer service and I've been back twice for a blowdry with Michael the hair dresser. He's experience and quality of work is one of the best I've ever had. It was my first time using Ruhee Beauty Concierge Dubai…. and it won’t be my last. Booking an appointment was a breeze. I opted for a 60-min Deep Tissue Massage & a 60-min Madero Massage Therapy with Gloria. She showed up in time. She was very kind, considerate, flexible, and understanding when I happened to be “behind” schedule ( I was getting eyelash extensions, which was still in progress when Gloria arrived). Her expertise at the massage table is worthy of praise; and her client-centered service is top-notch. Highly recommended!
