From the moment I walked into a lovely treatment area I was made to feel so relaxed. Karmen really pulled out the stops with the range of tools and massage techniques finished with a soft blow dry. I loved how she used products and oils that matched my curly hair to help strengthen. Would recommend 100%

Delia did a good job on my hydro dermabrasion facial. My skin is smooth and glowing after the treatment. She took what i said before the treatment of what my concerns were and made sure i would get those results. I went in for a back massage as i had tension on my shoulders and Delia took the time working on this area to get those knots out, and i now feel less tensed. The pressure and technique was very good. Delia did a great job on the treatments and she is a great person to have as your therapist as she will take care of you and make sure all your needs are met.

This was my first facial. I was treated by Shifa who was superbly professional. She explained every step and the reason of use for every product she used/applied. She gave me tips on how to better take care of my skin, by explaining my skin type and what I need to change up from my current routine with scientific explanation. I could tell Shifa knew her role inside out and was passionate. The hospitality was amazing and the interior design is so beautiful. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending her to anyone who asks me where to get facials! I would give her 100/10 if i could.

Sarah and her team have been amazing. The place is very homely and welcoming. The staff are understanding of my needs and ensures all treatments is of high quality according to my skin. I'm a PhD student so this experience is DIVINE. I never felt so pampered and looked after. The heated eye mask after skincare with a face mask underneath was HEAVENLY. I felt so cosy. I wanted to try the headspa experience for a while because of the ASMR videos I was watching. The constant tingles I got from the treatment was nonstop. I cannot highly recommend enough!
