My provider was Charleen, she's amazing. She is nice yet still professional. She immediately welcomed me and made me feel comfortable as a new client. Waxing isn't the most pleasant self care service with the pain involved, but also the vulnerability & exposure that it requires. She let me talk about random things during the service (my technique to distract from the discomfort of it). She’s very very knowledgeable about waxing & skin care. the wax was perfect temperature, each pull was efficient. My skin feels great, all the hair is completely gone. I have no complaints and highly recommend.

Leo was very attentive knowledgeable and I can always trust him to do right on my body. The chemicals that he uses is excellent. And before and after the waxing he makes sure to clean the area disinfect it as well as put powder for irritations and then a spray at the end so it doesn't irritate either.

Maro was patient, thorough, and calm throughout my hour-and-a-half Deep Pore facial and skin consultation. We discussed my lifestyle, diet, and any stressors that might be affecting my skin. She listened attentively to my concerns and expertly assessed my skin's condition. Throughout the procedure, she ensured I was comfortable, and her hands are simply magical. I left feeling like I had a brand-new face—and I still do!
