From beginning to end an all round perfect experience; everything explained before hand, each individual product used felt and smelt lovely, the ambience in the room (lighting, candle, music, heated bed) made it so so relaxing. I left feeling very pampered and my skin felt and looked the best! Thankyou so so much xx
