Best Salon Hair Consultations in Gibson, Hamilton

Would have liked a consultation before starting on my hair. I also would have loved to be offered a conditioning treatment. I also do the curly girl method and would have liked to have only had a conditioning treatment . I did the online booking and It would have been nice to have a comment section to write this down for the hair dresser before hand. Over all the appointment was short notice and the cut was great and the price was right. I will come again.

I took my baby to Pom Poms for the second time last week. He had a complete tantrum during the cut, but Lisa was so understanding and somehow managed to give him an amazing haircut while he was freaking out. Very talented staff!

Shelly was excellent and so patient. She also gave a great hair cut for my son. She was so kind and my son didn’t even cry once because she made him so comfortable. We highly recommend pom poms and especially Shelley!

We’ve had 2 great experiences here. Our son’s first haircut was tough as he was screaming and crying but Felicita was patient and let us hold him. We went back for his second haircut today and he was much more calm, they put on his favourite Netflix show to entertain him and he was able to sit on his own for the whole cut!

Today My stylist took into consideration that I was not feeling the best from the heat and modified my app't to just a cut which left me feeling wonderful about myself. I felt rejuvenated and summer ready. She worked with my hair and created a wash and go style that will be easy for me to maintain, She listened to what I wanted and delivered more than I expected. I will be back for some hiding of the grey when I feel better. Thank you so much for being flexible and taking things at my speed when mall noises became overwhelming. Brought my 14 month old son in for his second haircut tonight. He was great the first time but this time he cried the whole time. Our hairdresser was so great with him, had patience and put on his favourite show. She was super quick, but didn’t rush through the haircut. He looks great, and unfortunately for him we will be back!
