Maclain is awesome and this isn’t just a barbershop. They all legitimately care about their clients’ overall well-being, and conversation is personal, but comfortable. I always walk out of my appointments looking great! It’s taken me 10 years to find my shop in Portland and this is it! They’re great with my kiddo too!

I’m an educator for Aveda The North America team. I moved to Portland 2 years ago and haven’t found a good barber here. David cuts my hair and he understood what I was looking for. He is an amazing barber with so much talent. I strongly recommend him!

Culture Barbershop has become my exclusive shop in Portland, and frankly—I cannot recommend it enough. You can expect a fresh cut, dope professional barbers, and two locations that really showcase the neighborhoods that they serve. I personally frequent the shop in the Pearl, for convenience sake; however, I got a chance to check out the Lombard location— definitely worth the trip, the place is immaculate. The work, and atmosphere that Jesus Aguilar and other barbers have put into these locations are pure quality.

Shawna is the bomb! She does the best fades in Portland hands down. Concrete Tree House Salon is also a very nice place with lots of beautiful greenery and a laid back, relaxing environment. I highly recommend going to get a cut from Shawna and trying this salon!

Great place to get a trim, everyone is very friendly, the place is clean, and Fiona always does a great job. Most importantly, the prices are just right. The only way place in Portland I will ever go to for a trim or cut.

Christine Lorente is an Artist. I have tried many Barbers in Portland. Some were great, others were horrible, and many were average, but Christine is an Artist. Christine has a blend of communication and barber skills that make her the kind of Barber that all other Barbers should aspire to be.
