I have been growing my hair out for over a year, so it was important for me to try to maintain as much length as I could. It was time to say goodbye to my unhealthy ends. Massie gave me a fresh new look and I’m in LOVE with the new style. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable, kind, and made me feel comfortable. My hair was the straightest I’ve ever seen. The service was very efficient and quality. I received the silk press with a treatment and after I washed my hair it looked so healthy. The trim and treatment really helped. Vanessa was also very nice.

I was there for Silk Press Wednesday and my service was nothing short of excellent. As soon as I arrived I sat in the chair, no wait. Whatever time you book is the time that you’re seen. I love that! I received a trim with my silk press and left there, went skating and my hair still held up. She does a Phenomenal job. I highly recommend.

Second time going. I love my hair. She did a great job. I got many compliments. I just don’t think it’s good practice professionally or fair to do a service on someone and not ask them if they want the service. Especially if all they booked was a curl and define. I honestly thought the steam was included like it was the first visit. Apparently it wasn’t. I just think clients should get the opportunity to approve or deny an add on service. Not be Stuck or surprised with the extra amount when cashing out.

My first consultation with Lis was amazing! I came in to talk about dyeing my hair and she answered all my questions. She's very knowledgeable about natural hair and her top priority is keeping her client's hair healthy. The studio itself is very cute and clean. Today was my first time at this place and my experience was nothing short from amazing. Liz and Dom were knowledgeable and had such great personalities. It’s so great to know without a doubt that Liz knows how to take care of Kinky Curly hair despite not having our hair texture. She taught me more so much about what I was doing wrong with my hair. Also, I have never had a wash and go come out this good! My husband almost crashed the car because he keeps staring at my hair. He never thought natural hair could look this good. I came here on a whim and now I’m sticking with them forever!

Amazing from beginning to end!! excellent customer service. CLEAN and organized salon. My daughter hair was unmanageable, and had lots of heat damage. But, when she was done with her hair, it was brought back to life and hydrated from root to ends. She also educated us on the up keep and maintenance for at home care during the service. i cant wait to book the next appt! SHE HAS A CLIENT FOR LIFE :-)
