My son was really anxious about visiting the hairdressers as he had previously had a bad experience elsewhere. Hayley was great and did exactly what he asked for and he has now built some trust and confidence in going back to the hairdressers. Thankyou so much, you don't realise how much of a headache you have saved me for next time.
