What should I expect during a hair treatment appointment?

The area the skin was stripped from will be stitched to promote healing, but you’re likely to be left with a thin scar. If you opt for FUE, the back of your head will be shaved, grafts of single hairs will be removed and placed into incisions in your scalp. You'll be left with little scars where the hairs were removed. Hair transplants usually take a day to do, and you may need more than one session if a large area is being treated.
