This is my first time at Kess Onehunga. The reviews provided by previous customers were useful. I was able to experience the excellent service first-hand. The location is convenient. Ms Shilpa was warm and friendly, greeted me by name. She was also easy to deal with in terms of booking and rescheduling, too. She did my ear piercing - delicate and easy. The hairdresser assigned to me was Shika. He has feather like hands - light and efficient. Shika showed me hairstyles that he thought would best suit my facial features and my thin hair. I love my new hair! Count me in as a repeat customer!

Welcoming and warm setting. Discussed change of style I wanted. Settled in chair heater set at right position and temperature. Liana began to work quickly. I felt comfortable relaxed listened to the vibes dozed off. Finally the rinsing shampoo etc was so good. We discussed again how I wanted my hair and hey presto it was so!!
