Went in for a balayage and a cut at LoLo's on Saturday! First of all, the new salon is incredible - fresh, clean and relaxing as well as a great central southampton location! Second of all, my hair is beautiful! Kacey listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly! And on top of all that, she's a sweetheart - funny, kind and creates the best atmosphere for getting your hair done! Thank you!!!

Almost 2.5yrs I've been having my hair done at Choppers by jodie. Never dissapointed, always come out feeling worth every pound/penny I spent. I had a full colour service or highlights and root shade and cut, great value and efficient x

Had my third visit to the salon to see Jake and I couldn’t be happier. This time around I had a full head of highlights. Jake took me to the creamiest blonde that blended seamlessly throughout. He listened to my goals and got me there in one sitting. Great aftercare advice and future colour service options. I have had so many comments on how lovely it looks, and I can’t rate Jake and the salon highly enough. They are all incredibly friending and because of that (and my amazing hair by Jake) I’ll go nowhere else. I will recommend to anyone!

My hair was dyed with the wrong shade of red last week but this was fixed. I went home and realised that it looked awful, so went back that night. The ordered hair didn’t match, so I had to re order and come back today. I asked for 16 inch but there was only 18inch copper hair in stock. When I had to re order, I was told I could then have 16 inch hair but 18 inch was ordered and fitted. Today was better, as my hair is a colour I want.

So happy with my hair. I went from "lockdown" roots and straggly unhealthy hair, to slick and silver gorgeous locks. So glad I didn't give in and put a box colour on it! It was well worth the wait 👌🏻.

The dream! Steph is so lovely and has created such a beautiful relaxing salon. It felt like a spa with the gorgeous smell of the organic products, a super relaxing head massage and the book library to dip into to completely relax and zone out. Thats without even mentioning how happy i am with the colour and cut. Steph absolutely nailed what i was hoping for and my hair feels so much lighter and softer. Ive already had multiple comments of how great it looks. Thank you for a really lovely afternoon Steph. Already looking forward to next time.

Lovely experience with Muryem for lashes yesterday. Not only was she ok with me arriving early she very kindly added on an eyebrow tidy up/threading since I’d forgotten to add it to my booking. I also saw some fantastic cut and colour customers there too.

First of all the salon looks stunning (Kardashian vibes 😜), everyone is so welcoming and lovely. Lucie did absolute wonders to my dry grown out hair I feel like a whole new person she nailed everything from the colour to cut, thank you so much and you definitely have a got a regular now 😁 Also this salon is hijabi friendly, Lucie made me feel so comfortable. How lovely was it to be back with Clare! She had previously done my hair for 10yrs until she moved into a management role with Toca so had to move . Loved my first appointment back with her today and she instantly knew my colours and how to make the most of my hair colour and cut! Such a lovely 2hrs and catch up chat !
