Not the most pleasant treatment to have on your scalp in order to remove unwanted hair follicles, I would liken it to an elastic band being pulled and let go with a little heat on your scalp. All staff are extremely knowledgable and passionate about what they do. Kassia answered all of my concerns and questions in a relaxed and none pressurised environment. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed during the treatment and I found Kassia to be very personable, caring with excellent communication throughout. Looking forward to my next treatment, would definitely recommend.

My first experience at Hair It Is MK and it as a great one. I had a restyle (long to above shoulder length) and felt Kendall really listened to me, explained every step and offered advice. I walked away really happy with my hair.

Absolutely 💯 fantastic. I do not have hair growing on my head more of a multi directional mop of grey/ginger fur. Which has defeated many hair stylists but the hair it is team have tamed it super pleased with the result

I cannot recommend Kelly and Kendall enough, they are amazing. Not only are they kind, accomodating and patient but they are also so thorough and talented. I asked for soft blonde highlights and they perfected every part of what I asked for. My hair is perfectly blended, toned and styled. They spend 4+ hrs on my hair, made me feel super comfortable and listened to, and did not rush in the slightest - even when it went past closing time!! As a bonus, Kelly (who did the majority of my hair) was super friendly and chatty. I will definitely be going back here in the future to get my hair done!

Went today and had gel nail extensions lip wax and my eyebrows hd tinted shaped etc and my husband had his nose hair waxed, we can honestly say we are both 100% happy and would highly recommend thank you so much x

I met Kasia today for the face hair remodel patches test.she is a wonderful girl. She is kind and very talented person I like to continue the treatment with her. And the receptionist also kind and very helpful overall such a wonderful place. Highly recommend.

I'm a killer for customer service and from the beginning, Rachel has been consistently friendly, welcoming, caring and just brilliant! I'm really happy with my results and will be returning in the future for necessary top-ups.
