Katie was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. The pressure throughout the massage was excellent — firm enough to work through areas of tightness, but always comfortable. She regularly checked in with me, and we worked collaboratively to make sure the treatment was appropriate and effective. I left feeling noticeably looser, more relaxed, and really well looked after.
