I booked the royal hammam & massage for my Mom’s birthday. She said that it was the highlight of her trip to Dubai & that the treatments were amazing. She commented that the staff were very friendly, respectful and accommodating and made her feel at home. When I went to collect her, I also spoke with the staff who were so lovely and welcoming. The vibe in the salon is unmatched and the decor is beautiful. I will definitely book here again. If you’re looking for any treatments I’d recommend here, especially for hammam and massages. Thank you so much for making her birthday special!

I did a scalp treatment with Jennifel and curly-hair styling with Agustin. Both were excellent. My scalp felt refreshed, and Jennifel even gave a little massage during the process. Agustin styled my curls beautifully, and they lasted three days despite Dubai's humidity. Great salon, highly recommended 🤩🤩

One of the better places I have visited for sure. I come to Dubai often and this will be my go to place from now. Nadia was amazing with her massage. I felt rejuvenated and a new person. Her techniques are great and she is a wonderful person overall. A slight miscommunication kept me in the massage room for an hour where I thought she is coming back and she thought I went to sleep. What I liked was she never came to disturb me. Who does that! Will be going back before I head back

The overall experience its excellent, one of the best massage i've ever had in Dubai. I was have Reset Face & Eyes treatment. Veronica is super profesional she's have magic hand n Done an amazed massage, She is know all the spot on my Back n neck at the end i felt so relaxed. Great experience with Rashid. Listened to my requests and did a great job. Excellent value at AED100 for a cut and clean shave. Far superior service and value compared to the many other barber shop chains in Dubai.
