Selina gave a very relaxing facial with lots of great smelling products The back and shoulder massage was also lovely As I have problems with my shoulders she gave a much deeper pressure which may be a bit uncomfortable for some people I feel the better for it I will ask for that again in the future

This was my first visit to Mia, but it won't be the last! I had an Oxygen RS facial and 24 hours later, my skin is already massively improved. The redness has already faded noticeably, I have booked again am looking forward to my next appointment.

What a treat! Booked the pumpkin pamper with Adele and it did not disappoint. Just what I needed after a long week.. such a nice back scrub and massage followed by a gorgeous pumpkin facial! I felt so relaxed I could’ve fallen asleep! Can’t wait for my next one 🥰

She explained everything so clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself? Absolute heaven. My skin has never felt so fresh, hydrated, and happy. Mia clearly knows her stuff, she tailored the whole experience to my skin’s needs and gave some brilliant aftercare tips too. Absolutely one of the best massages I’ve ever had today. My shoulders and neck were very tense but by the end felt completely light and relaxed, like all the knots had melted away. Kara tailored the massage perfectly combining it with hot stones. My facial and head massage was unlike anything I’ve experienced. So soothing and knot releasing The oils products smelled divine . I highly recommend Kara to anyone who is looking for a truly exceptional massage experience . Kara is warm,kind,professional and made me feel completely comfortable throughout. I walked out feeling refreshed and renewed.
