This was by far the best massage I've ever had! It felt like physiotherapy for my back—I left feeling looser, more flexible, and truly refreshed. Mark has an incredible understanding of the human skeleton and how muscles work. His knowledge and passion for his work really shine through. He immediately identified where I had issues, and I could literally feel the flexibility returning to my muscles during the session—it was like magic. I walked out feeling stretched, relaxed, and better than I have in a long time. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Mark on a monthly basis for a few years now. He is very attentive to your needs and will look at various solutions to your bodily challenges. I always like a good back massage but have also pulled and strained muscles along the way which Mark has been able to help to recover. My legs and arms particularly have needed some help and even though the manipulation is uncomfortable at the time it certainly helps in the long run. I would highly recommend Mark. He makes you feel very comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable.
