What a super massage! I had an hours deep tissue, and Indy really got into all my knots and tension. My body feels so much more relaxed and my muscles are looser. Highly recommend

I went to Nafisa with a painful neck, shoulder and arm that had been bothering me for a few weeks. I'd been using heat and exercise but just couldn't shift it. The treatment was uncomfortable - as I expected it to be - my muscles were very unhappy! Immediately after the treatment I felt a lot looser and more comfortable. The next day or two I was quite achy as my body processed the treatment, but not painful like I was before. By the third day I was so much more comfortable, all the pain down my arm is gone, my shoulder just has the odd ache after exercise and I'm back tomorrow for my neck

My very belated birthday present was much needed, Sammi was amazing, she was very attentive and provided an outstanding range of treatments, My fingers and toes looked divine, and the pedicure chair was absolutely fabulous, (highly recommended) it really helped to relax me prior to my wonderful facial and massage. I felt like I had acquired a new body by the time she had finished with me. I haven't felt this relaxed in a long time!!! Thank you so much Sammi, I look forward to seeing you on my next trip to London.
