I came in for a hair treatment. It was a walk in so it was very convenient that they were able to do that. Kaitlyn did such a great job and I enjoyed her company. It was also nice to have blow dry as part of the price instead of having to pay separate for that.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience. I tried something different this time, and my scalp looks and feels clean and refreshed. Due to the cold weather and my skin issues, my scalp is dry, flaky, and itchy. After my treatment, my scalp looks and feels great. we welcome going back next month.

Kaitlyn gave me such a great haircut! I now have the cutest layered bob where I can embrace my natural texture and let my hair air dry. I haven’t been this happy with my hair in years, so I’m super grateful to Kaitlyn!! Everyone at the salon was really friendly, I will definitely be back.

It was a lovely experience. I came in with a tension headache and it was so nice to be pampered and massaged that eased the discomfort I was in. I got the Aromatherapy + Facial and it was absolutely divine. My hair is so soft and light and my face feels rejuvenated. I will definitely be back!

I took two friends from Honolulu here for a birthday surprise. They thoroughly enjoyed their headspa, face massage and hairstyling treatment thoroughly, I was afraid of service not being up to par since they are great salons in Hawaii. They are raving about the professionalism and how good they are at their jobs at Soulo Southwest!

Loved Kai’s energy. She was very detailed with everything, asked me several times if I had any questions about anything (even though I’ve gotten several perms before from other providers) which made me feel super comfortable. I have a piece of hair that didn’t fully curl after drying, was able to text her & received a timely response offering to see me same day. I loved that! She takes pride in her work and it shows.

As someone with lots of thick hair, finding the right stylist is crucial. My stylist, Kai, is incredibly attentive and took the time to understand my hair needs. I got a perm from her 6 months ago, as well as came back for a blowout and layered haircut this time. The result was a beautiful, manageable style that I love! I will continue to be a regular client and recommend her to others.

It was an amazing experience having someone wash your hair and do a little massage on your head. The facial cleaning was fine too. It is very expensive to have someone just wash your hair. I don't know if the soaps are supposed to be special or not, my hair seemed the same. When you get done with the washing, you blow dry your own hair out with a standing blower unit. It's not that great. You leave not being able to go out into normal activity because you still need to do your hair, that's a little annoying. This was a gift so it was an experience, but I won't pay for it to do it again.

Such an incredibly tranquil experience. I am pretty sure I dozed off twice. I booked the gua shua experience with a face massage add-on and I was blown away with how amazing this service was. Would 10/10 recommend. I went to the Southwest location and the vibes were so zen!

I had an appointment with Mi Yoon today to fix a haircut that i had just received from a previous stylist (not connected with Salon Mi) but from a completely different business. I went in with the expectation that she would just fix the face framing pieces that I wanted and I would be on my way but she took the time to give me a full wash and blow dry and redid the whole cut. Beyond happy and she gave me the hair style I was initially looking for! Highly recommend Mi and her salon, I will be back in a few months when it’s time for another cut. Thank you Mi!

Treatment was nice but the waiting room was way too loud and sound carried over into the experience. The shoulder massage was very quick at the drying station and the volume of other patrons was not relaxing at all.

The spa attendent was very professional, and kind. My only recommendations would be to brush the hair first, and add some oil/conditioner to the ends. My hair felt dry when I left and my expectation was that it would have been conditioned. My other recemmendation would be to offer your guests water or tea when they arrive or have a station with these items.

Eli is amazing! I just moved to the West Coast and haven’t been able to find anyone who could really handle my curly hair—until now. He gave me the best Dominican blowout and flat iron. I’m seriously willing to come all the way back from Cali for his work. 10/10 recommend!

Holly was incredible. She corrected my box bleach dye job into a gorgeous blonde and I couldn’t be more grateful. I didn’t tell her I had ethnic hair, I am mixed with a black mom and a white dad so I have a lot of hair, and it’s very fine and curly. She asked all the right questions and was absolutely amazing. Thank you so much to Drea who helped blow out my hair as well. He is incredible and so welcoming. Thank you guys again for such an amazing experience. I look fierce af! ;)

Eli was amazing! My hair was super dry, and I was ready to chop it all off, but Eli reassured me and instead trimmed just the ends to help revive it. So thorough and caring throughout the whole appointment—I felt really taken care of in Eli’s chair. Highly recommend Salon Mi and Eli!
