I love my nail Tech Sean but I am not happy and may have to locate to another Salon if you do raise your rates. The rates were already raised less than a year ago and you're going to price people out of being able to come to your salon

Lindy is an amazing nail tech! She gives the best pedicures. On another subject, when someone shows up late for their appointment, as was the case with the person who had the appointment before mine, that person’s appointment should be cut short by the number of minutes that they are late. It’s not at all fair to the person who comes after them. My appointment was cut short by 20 minutes. And with the new increase in prices, customers who are on time should be given the full amount of time for their appointments.
