Oh my gosh if you haven't been to Ange for a massage you absolutely need to! A beautiful nurturing safe space to feel pampered and relaxed 💜

While running i suffered a calf strain that left me limping. Helena helped me to get back to running after just 2 wks and her massage technique is keeping me running as i slowly increase mileage.

So enjoyed this already see results look forward to building on them over the coming weeks

I have seen Ange for Marma Point massage many times and LOVE my time with her. Ange has created a space that feels nurturing, peaceful and safe. My husband always claims I glow when I come home!
