Had my first massage with Sophie today after asking for a voucher for my birthday. It was amazing. She asked what pressure I wanted and told her the firmer the better and she really went to town. Plenty other places I’ve been before have felt like a tickle in comparison but she really made a difference. I could genuinely feel the knots disappearing from my shoulders. She made a point of asking about what is my dominant side for carrying my baby and seemed to pay extra attention to those areas affected from carrying and feeding a baby. 10/10 massage, would 100% recommend and will be back.

Had a full body aromatherapy massage today and left feeling incredible! Not only was the massage amazing, but Sophie made me feel so comfortable. Always checking pressure was right, worked out some really tough knots and took her time on every bit of the massage leaving me feeling so relaxed. Thoroughly enjoyed my time and will definitely be returning :)

Instead of my regular sports massage, I booked a 1-1 PT session with Claire. She has developed a strength/rehabilitation programme for my hip. I have just had my first session and was amazed that my good side was so much weaker. I will use the programme daily alongside my current training and hopefully this will delay hip replacement. Just waiting for a regular PT slot to come available. I would definitely recommend,Claire, she certainly knows her stuff 😀

Got a discomfort in lower back- muscular localised pain. Claire attentively listened and focused sports massage in and around the area of discomfort. Adjusts pressure appropriately. Now feeling a lot better and given further advice when appointment finished. Wilk go back again 👌

So pleased to have found Sophie and her meticulous massage. I plan to have a maintenance massage every month with her from now on to get rid of all my knots and aches. There isn't a muscle of you that she misses, working until an area is released.
