I have been going to Mark on a monthly basis for a few years now. He is very attentive to your needs and will look at various solutions to your bodily challenges. I always like a good back massage but have also pulled and strained muscles along the way which Mark has been able to help to recover. My legs and arms particularly have needed some help and even though the manipulation is uncomfortable at the time it certainly helps in the long run. I would highly recommend Mark. He makes you feel very comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable.

Went with a painful shoulder … immediately the pain had eased after an hr therapy session . It’s definitely a hard massage and I recommend stick with it as I’m noticing a difference and it’s not even been 24hrs yet .
