The massage was amazing, however the rooms need more soundproofing, extremely hard to zone out and relax when there are other guests talking loudly. Allison (masseur) tried to help block out the noise by moving the speaker with relaxing music to the wall where the noise was coming from, but still was not what I needed at the time. And apology was also give at the counter. All the staff tried their best, but sometimes it hard to get other guests to keep quiet, unfortunately.

Ellie is very professional, and did a fantastic job! The massage was the perfect pressure and so relaxing.
