Beautiful and relaxing standalone venue located within a small shopping area called Brickworks. Very friendly and attentive staff. My husband and I had the couple's massage. Side by side, Jane and Hurami ensured our dignity and comfort. Both very impressed. Were made to feel welcome and relaxed. Professional and friendly. Great massage. Highly recommended. Would definitely book again when visiting The Gold Coast.

Today, I had a 45-minute remedial massage with my partner in a couple room and it was absolutely amazing. We’ve tried several other massage places in Gold Coast, but this was by far the best experience we’ve had. My therapist, Harumi, was especially friendly and kind, and all of the staff provided exceptional customer service. Everything was very professional and impressive from start to finish. Harumi is absolutely amazing. I’ve been to her twice now and both times received literally the best massages I’ve ever had in my life. The first time I was fantastic but the massage I got yesterday was even better. Being the second time she understood my problem areas even more than the first time. I can’t recommend her enough. It’s the most relaxed I’ve felt after a massage ever.

We had a couples massage and honestly it was the next massage we’ve ever had. My partner is extremely picky with his massages and have not had such a personalised experience ever as we had with Retreat massage. I had Radka for my massage and it was so so relaxing. She took into account everything I wanted from the massage and she went above and beyond! My partner had a bloke (cannot remember his name sorry) but he said his massage was perfect. We have been going hard in the gym recently and this is just what we needed:) Very very pleased from start to finish and highly recommend.

I had a wonderful pregnancy massage last week. The whole experience from booking to massage was wonderful. Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful to get me in last minute. From the moment I walked in I felt relaxed, it was beautiful and clean, definitely a retreat! My massage was wonderfully relaxing exactly what I needed! The therapist had excellent flow and technique and consistent pressure throughout it, So many beautiful products to indulge in as well! A beautiful T2 tea on completion of massage. I walked out feeling like a different person! Do yourself a favour and book!

Aline was incredible! She did a drenomodeling massage on me (a mix of sculpting massage and lymphatic drainage), and the results were not only noticeable — I could feel and see the difference. Just had an amazing first appointment with Muntaha - she is so detailed and understood my skin conditions from the first touch! I loved how special the facial treatments were and felt very relaxed with the massages during the whole process. I had a microdermabrasion facial with the lovely aesthetician Muntaha Bourke and I was so happy with the results. Muntaha spent quality time with me and explained other options that would benefit my skin concerns. It was a relaxing and pampering experience, and my skin now feels so soft, hydrated and plump. While I had my light therapy, I got the added bonus of a relaxing massage. I will definitely be rebooking for a course of skin needling soon!

I had the Expert Pro Cleanse Facial with Lulla today her pressure was outstanding throughout the facial and I felt totally relaxed after the 1st cleanse!!! My skin felt smooth, nourished and hydrated after my facial yet I still felt like it was so relaxing especially with the added foot and arm massage. I will certainly be booking back in. I would definitely recommend to anyone that appreciates a good massage and amazing pressure throughout their facial.
