The experience overall was very good. The introduction for what to expect could be improved so the client understands the steps. Although I did like this-having some products recommended for your specific hair would have also been nice since I probably would have bought something. I think given more time and training/experience for the staff will be a good thing in the upcoming year! Will come back again!

What gem! The atmosphere, experience, staff, products, and tools they use are best in class! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, the staff and spa create the most relaxing atmosphere. I’ve struggled with intense dandruff pretty much my whole life and have literally tried EVERYTHING from natural products to prescription shampoo. My scalp and hair have never felt better, I will definitely be coming back regularly. I booked my treatment with Ariel and she was amazing, she went above and beyond to make it the experience every step of the way. HIGHLY recommend!

I had such a great experience at Invita Head Spa with Bo! She was super welcoming and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. The treatment was so relaxing and exactly what I needed. My scalp feels amazing, and she helped melt away all the stress I was carrying. Bo’s attention to detail and her skill really made the whole thing special. If you’re looking to treat yourself, I’d definitely recommend booking with Bo!

Great experience! Super cozy, clean and cute spa. I had a super nice hair therapist Ariel. The spa room was calm and dark with stars on the ceiling to look at. I did ask to turn off massage option but that was a personal preference but it is a plus to those who like that perk! Opt for the blow out if you want to go about your day looking extra fab. 10/10 would come back.

It was an amazing experience, I did not want to leave. Highly recommend this place! My hair therapist Delight was incredible and very sweet, beautiful aura and very calming person too.

I got a basic course at this time. My therapist Bo’s massage was excellent and I very satisfied. She consulted as a professional manner, included taking my before/after of treatment scalp pictures. The salon was new and very sophisticated and all staff were very friendly. I will for sure come again.

I had a wonderful experience today at Invita! Ariel serviced me and started off with a scalp evaluation which showed some buildup and dryness. She gave me an extremely relaxing scalp massage with different serums and products that felt heavenly going through my hair. They use a variety of combs and scalp massagers to really get a deep cleanse. My scalp felt so fresh and so clean and my hair texture was AMAZING. The products they use are so natural and smell wonderful. The environment at Invita is very calming and the staff is so kind, I will definitely come back!!! Thank you Ariel!
