If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Very friendly salon, always offered a drink, and everything from start to finish is done with care. Kate is so talented, I 100% trust her with my hair - I always love how it looks once she's finished with it - The cut and the colour.

Fabulous appointment with Anoushka! She listened to what I wanted and styled my hair just how I wanted it! So happy. Definitely recommend this salon, it is friendly, really welcoming and all of the stylists are brilliant!

I have now been going to Glam Factory for 14 months which is a first as usually change every 6 months or so. Even booked my appointments till 2024. But I love the salon and friendliness of all the staff. Love Kurtis who does my hair as it's always lovely. And Cindy who does my nails. All in all its a great place to go and be pampered and now they are an award winning business and so deserved.

Recently visited the salon for a hair and makeup session. The salon ambience was nice and comfortable. It was an outstanding experience overall.

Kristie is excellent at what she does, love our hair appointments.

A lovely welcome hot drink from Lucy and as always she cut my hair exactly as I asked her. Absolutely love this salon as it’s always so relaxing. Thank you Lucy!

I love the salon because it’s so quiet and relaxing. Lucy is such a lovely lady and always cuts and styles my hair exactly as I have asked her, constantly checking to make sure I’m happy. Just an all round perfect experience.

From the moment I walked into this tranquil,privately positioned,clean, stylish gem of a salon,my anxiety disorder dissappeared favourably. Being greeted by a very lovely Ella who immediately put me at ease with her open,honest helpful manner was a fantastic start experiencing a new salon.Having tried other salons in this,my local area,I was praying I would finally find a truly great hairdresser who knew what she was doing,was highly experienced,be "real",gentle, super personable, honest and be able to send me off with stunning hair .My prayers were answered in the name of Amy!
