I have been to The Hideaway three times now. I had any hairdresser for over 40 years but she retired. I was so nervous for my first appointment. I was SO pleased after my first visit. Hannah made me feel at ease and my hair cut was just as I asked. Took the plunge this week and had it cut shorter. I love it. Brilliant cut. Can’t believe I have found an amazing hairdresser. Atmosphere in the salon. is so relaxing. Ten out of ten.

I had my hair cut by Danielle today, lovely woman, made me feel comfortable, was very chatty, no awkward silences. She really looked after me and I left the salon looking and feeling like a million dollars. She was also very thorough to make sure my hair was cut perfectly, she made me stand up and I've never had a hairdresser do that before, was very impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Especially the head massage when she was washing my hair, best I've ever had 😂👌❤️ Thank you once again Danielle 💕

Amazing experience here yesterday - Sarah had been recommended by a friend and I was desperate to get my hair colour refreshed but had had some disappointing (and expensive!) experiences elsewhere in Bristol over the last few years. I had a colour consultation and then a full head of highlights done and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. Sarah did them in such a way that they look completely natural and the effect is exactly what I was going for. She was also very friendly, great to chat to and the price was fantastic for the service. Highly recommend!

Always such a lovely experience when I come to Unit 12. Sarah and Shannon are both so friendly and welcoming. My toddler also loves coming here for her hair cut as Sarah always has a bag of toys, drinks, snacks and stickers!! I'm always offered tea throughout my visit. Mine and my daughters hair always look incredible after leaving Unit 12 and always get so many compliments. Literally the best hair salon around and since finding Unit 12, I would never go anywhere else. I've recommended to all my friends and family. Thank you, ladies. Xx
