My first time with a new colourist/stylist at this salon, Chong is amazing! every time I go to this salon, regardless of who does my hair, they ALWAYS do miracles with my thin hair, thank you 🙏🏼

My daughter (7) said the best part was the way the women treated her in the salon. They were so nice to her and made her feel great. The reason for the review is regarding the cost. I wasn’t sure how to book a children’s cut online so I went in to do it. Its advertised as 25$ under 10 yrs old. They start at 29$ though bc of a covid fee. Then after the cut they charged me 44?$ because they said she had long hair. (Ok she had grown out a mullet). However she got a super short cut. So I don’t feel this was warranted. Way to lose my trust as a single mom on a budget!

Elyse did an amazing job on my hair, it was long, and hadn't seen a salon in over a decade. She barely took off any length, but, in her words, made it come alive again. It's still my hair, no huge change, but it swings and has body & lift again. I'm coming back soon to get another cut, this time a bigger change! Merci, Elyse, it was a pleasure!!

Outre la personne immigrante de l'Ukraine pour qui s'est 100% comprenable car elle vient d'arriver au Canada, je suis extrêmement tannée de me faire répondre de parler en anglais dès que je parle français au salon. On ne leur demande pas d'être bilingues mais bonjour, merci, aurevoir, voulez-vous vous assoir ici il me semble que ce sont des phrases simples. C'est inacceptable et illégal de surcroit. La prochaine fois que je viens et que les gens me disent de parler en anglais je vais porter plainte.

Dakota was amazing, did exactly what I wanted and I couldn't be happier with my hair! The salon has a great vibe, everyone was really friendly and they take their covid measures seriously which put me at ease. Special shout out to the receptionist Nova for doing her brows especially for my visit (she's got great brows y'all!). Will definitely go back for another service in the future!

The girl who cut my hair was great! I believe her name was annie. She did a great job. The only negative I have is that they do not advise clients about thier covid charge. Even though it's not a big charge I dont believe it's right to not tell your clients, as well as other businesses dont charge a covid charge. I work in customer service and we do not charge an extra fee. We as well have had to install plexi glass and invest in marketing for covid. Nail salons dont charge an extra fee so why should they be able to. I get it is hard times but, it's hard times for everyone.

Sarah has a thorough approach which makes her unique. Depending on the state of your hair she will take a different route to get the best results. Her focus is shiny, healthy locks. Her colouring skills are excellent. My balayages always look natural, shiny and effortless. Anyone who wants a personal, skilled approach within a relaxing, friendly environment should go see Sarah 💜
