Meg is amazing ! I had gone somewhere a couple years ago before meeting Meg and they had absolutely destroyed my hair. Meg has been awesome offering advice cutting the other salons screw up out little by little and getting this mop back on track. I WILL NOT go to anyone else. She is hands down the best ! I HIGHLY recommend her !

They are always so accommodating, friendly and patient with my toddler during his haircuts. He leaves looking great! The salon is always super clean too!

Catherine is amazing! I have been a customer for over three years and I am never disappointed when I leave her salon. Also, I love the ambiance at Levels. The hair salon is very well decorated and it is easy to find with amble park inf nearby!

Amazing experience! It was my first time there and the hair stylist did a great and efficient job! She thoroughly massaged and washed my hair, blow dried it, and straightened, followed by a trim. I left the salon feeling like a million bucks! I cannot remember the hair stylist’s name, but thank you so much!!!

I was so happy to see the salon has implemented infection control measures that made me feel safe bringing my kids in to have their hair cut. Both my kids had their hair cut, it was the first time for my 5 year old. The stylists were patient with my squirmy kids, with excellent results!

I only have 600 characters to talk about Brittany, she is absolutely amazing as a person and as a hair stylist. I trust her completely when doing my hair and my hair always turns out amazing. Before Brittany my hair was yellow which I thought was blonde and now it is a cool tone blonde which looks stunning. The salon is always well maintained, clean and vibrant. The owner and the other stylist Catherine are always very welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this salon and any of the stylist to anyone. 🩷🩷🩷

Our son is on the autism spectrum and has sensory issues with his hair being cut. We go here because not only do they take their time and cut his hair great but they are so patient and understanding with him. Would highly recommend this salon

This is a GORGEOUS space, with a relaxing atmosphere and an amazing owner! Sargon, (the owner) is truly a hair wizard! He is SO knowledgeable, super friendly and unbelievably talented! Also, I find his prices very reasonable. As a mom of 2 young kids, going to see Sargon for my hair cut was such an amazing experience! I was offered a beverage as soon as I walked in the door. It was super relaxing and I was super comfortable to talk to him about hair and life. I could honestly hang out in this salon all day! Thank you Sargon for my 70’s but modern vibes hair! I’ll be back soon! 👏🏻

The salon staff are so friendly and amazing. My children felt some anxiety about getting their hair cut but the staff all went out of their way to make my children feel welcome and comfortable. We recommend Pom Poms to everyone because we always have a great experience. We will continue to bring our children for hair cuts here in the future. Thank you!

Echo always does an exceptional job! Very grateful to her for all of the years she’s done my hair.; including extensions! DEM is one of the very few who do nano link extensions. She always colours, cuts, and blends the extensions so they blend flawlessly! Highly recommend Echo!
