Had a blow wave with Kate who did a very thorough job especially with my frizzy / curly hair. She was super friendly and made the experience enjoyable - something I haven't had since trying to find a Perth hairdresser after moving here 2 years ago (and I have tried many salons in my search and none have come close)! Am officially transitioning to Kate and will come back when my colour is next due.

No other salon beats Tokyo Hair Collection’s exemplary customer service. All their staff are the most courteous and polite, and they go over and beyond expectation. They don’t unnecessarily rush, and they have undivided attention. A trip to their salon is like a trip to a spa; also, the ambiance has a calming effect. Even better, they’re charges on their services are the most fair and reasonable. The salon is the epitome of outstanding customer service.

For my 1st visit to Auchenflower Hair, I was immediately a fan of the salon layout/decor/vibes. It smelt amazing, products displayed to perfection, music on point and the ladies were busy but looked to be enjoying themselves and moving with purpose while being attentive. Honestly so impressed. Thank you Cobey and Sarah for a wonderful first experience. I had had a long day so I really appreciated your calm welcoming vibe haha I love a chat but you read the room and engaged appropriately 🫶🏽 Cobey understood perfectly what I wanted and delivered the goods!

I was in the salon for nearly 4.5 hours. For 2 staff members they did a great job juggling phones & clients. Robin?? did a great job with my colouring since I damaged my hair. That is definitely her forte. Cutting hair needs more work . All in all both girls gave good customer service, even though they were stretched. Thank you for my new colour. I'm very grateful 🙏
