I absolutely love the way Hilda colours and cuts my hair. I am so fussy, but Hilda always makes me very happy with the results. Kat is great at threading my eyebrows, fantastic service. Vesi is the best! I have done my nails at quite a few different places in South East London but never have I seen such professionalism and attention to detail. This is my first experience at a beautician apart from massages on holiday. We started with a consultation and then went to a comfy cosy room, with peaceful music and soft lighting. The procedure was explained to me fully and I found Fresha to be very friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to my next session.

What a gem of a salon! A lovely welcome when I arrived, I was offered a drink and asked to take a seat whilst Cassie finished with her client. I was booked in for a nail appointment (BIAB) and Cassie was lovely, really chatty and Jade and Addie were also very nice. Some salons can feel a bit clicky but at Macy’s I didn’t get this feeling at all. Lovely place I will continue to visit to have my nails done, I already go regularly and see Addie for my lashes and brows. Excellent service by all the technicians.
