Todo perfecto, el spa está muy bien, aunque la sauna no funcionaba. El masaje ha sido muy relajante y reparador. Sin duda una gran experiencia.

I definitely recommend it! Very nice staff, speaking spanish, english, french and some (enough) german. Massages, pedicure, exfoliating...you name it- all very good and professional. Absolutely clean environment.

Very accommodating considering we booked when we landed, we asked if we could have a massage and use the spa, normally you have to buy a voucher online to use but they let me and my friend pay when we got there. Massage package consisted of Swedish massage, cava, herbal tea and use of spa. Spa was a little disappointing as some things were not working, the main pool was very cold so couldn’t use that. The rest was great. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They do require a cash deposits for towels of 10€ per person and we didn’t have this but they took passport as a deposit

We’d read a couple of poor reviews among the many good ones. But we needn’t have worried. Our day was absolutely brilliant. The receptionist was incredibly polite and helpful, and our couples massage followed by some fizz was perfect. I can’t recommend the team who massages us highly enough. We spent time in the pool area, the sauna, steam room and warm areas before finishing off with a session in the well equipped gym. Overall, it was a bargain, and a perfect day in a clean, well equipped spa. Ignore the odd bad comment, and treat yourself to a few hours chilling and being pampered.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Partnermassage bei Nataly und Marina. Die beiden waren zauberhaft und haben uns dazu verholfen entspannt in den Urlaub zu starten.

Ich hatte eine 80minütige Ayurvedabehandlung gebucht. Es war großartig ! Seelen so entspannt durch diese professionelle Behandlung. Sehr empfehlenswert und gerne wieder !!!

Myself my mum and my daughter went for a massage and it was such an amazing experience very relaxing the spa and hotel are very clean staff are very friendly and welcoming! The massage itself was incredible the staff made us all feel very comfortable and relaxed. Overall experience was a 10/10 definitely recommend to others.

Wie haben die Best Friend Behandlung gebucht. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben ca. 30 Minuten eine Rückenmassage sowie anschließend eine Gesichtsbehandlung erhalten. Die Pflegeprodukte dufteten angenehm und wir hatten nachhaltig ein angenehmes Hautgefühl. Wir können die Massage sehr empfehlen und werden gerne wieder kommen. Wir haben im Anschluss noch die Sauna genutzt. Es gab eine Dampfsauna und eine Heißesauna. Leider etwas wenig Ruhemöglichkeiten. Dennoch ein angenehmer Tag im Spa.

Las instalaciones están muy limpias. Yo compré el bono de spa y masaje y el masaje fue increíble, las chicas (Nathaly y Raquel) fueron muy amables, atentas y profesionales. Además también comimos en el bar y los camareros son muy atentos, en especial un chico joven de Granada.

Cogimos un bono de masaje en pareja + spa. El masaje por parte de Daiana y Marina fue fantástico. Nos arrepentimos de no haber cogido uno de mayor duración! Ya lo sabemos para la próxima. El trato por parte del personal tanto de recepción como las masajistas, un 10.
