Pre going out and I visited No.4 for a wash and blow. The whole experience from start to finish was 5 star. I’ve always loved the Balmain products so delighted I can get them to use at home from West Bridgford centre. I can’t wait to come back, this will part of my self care plan 🙌

They did such an incredible job and made me feel so welcome - I usually get anxious with things like this but they were so kind and helpful. Plus my hair looks and feels great, they made sure I left with my hair exactly how I wanted it! Emily did a great job with my hair but honestly all of them were great from start to finish.

Emily did an amazing job with my hair it was just the tonic I needed! I had half head highlights with a cut and finish the head massage was lovely. Emily listens carefully to what you want I would highly recommend her.

It was my first time to No4 hair salon today and it didnt disappoint . My hairdresser was Michele and she really listened to what I wanted and put so much care and attention to it. She was so Authentic thats what i loved. I walked in quite stressed with personal matters but walked out relaxed. All the staff seemed lovely I will definitely come back and I will recommend the salon to my friends.

I want to say a huge thank you to Emily and Kerys, who went above and beyond during my last appointment. I was told at the last minute that I’d need to join a work call during my visit, and these two lovely ladies made sure everything ran smoothly. They timed the application of my hair dye perfectly so I could step away for the call, and even arranged a quiet space for me to take it. They could see I was feeling nervous, and they did everything they could to help me feel calm and comfortable. Their kindness and professionalism truly made all the difference—thank you both so much!

After a few negative experiences at other salons over the last year, I was a bit apprehensive before my appointment. However, I am so glad that I trusted no4 and Kerys with my hair as I am completely in love with it! Kerys worked me with to establish exactly what I was after, she asked questions and made sure I was at complete ease. The salon is the most relaxing and comfortable salon I’ve ever been to, right from the moment you step through the door. You are completely looked after and I would recommend No4 to anyone. Bethan was so lovely. I went in for a free wash and blowdry that I won with them and it was fantastic. They made me feel so welcome. A lovely bit of self care, given a drink and snack. Can't recommened this salon enough. Love my hair. Bethan took such care in doing a good job and because of this, I'm coming back next month for a colour service. Thanks ladies :)

I absolutely love this salon. I used to feel like going to the hairdressers was a bit of a chore, but going to this one definitely isn't. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed and relaxed, it feels so easy and such an enjoyable experience. I feel like I've had some relaxing me time. Plus Emily is great at what she does. My hair looks and feels amazing. From now on I'm fully converted... i won't go anywhere else.

Visiting No.4 is always a pleasure—it’s an elevated, stylish space that West Bridgford really needed. The Balmain products are gorgeous, and I appreciate that they contain natural ingredients that truly nourish the hair. The colour results have been just as good as my experience with Aveda, so I never worry about over-processing. My stylist is incredibly kind and always attentive to my needs (bless you!), and the whole team is just lovely—as is the coffee and the homemade biscuit! It’s fantastic to have a place like this so close to both me and my clients at Soothe. Highly recommend a visit!
