As always, top notch service at Soak Rituals. I love their professionalism and precision. The most important thing for me is kindness, detailed nail preparation and hygiene. This place is a true hidden gem! It’s beautiful,clean and gives you proper spa feels!The staff is superb, right from reception,there’s a lot of warmth and staff is extremely professional at what they do!My go to for massage are Maprin and Mimi. both are fantastic, it’s like they make sure we leave pain free n completely relaxed after their massage,so thorough! I had an amazin first time maderotherapy experience with Ritu ,she was very caring yet effective! loved the Moroccan by Grishma and Sarmila! both amazing and very soft spoken!Shirley is always a joy to chat with!Her facials are relaxing!

I visited this salon to get my acrylic nails removed, and overall, it was a decent experience. Although the process was a bit uncomfortable, the girl at the salon was super patient and understanding, which made a big difference. The staff were also really friendly and made me feel at ease. I'd recommend this place .

For me i liked the salon and the vibe and the staff was very kind and gentle and caring.. i only did color for my nails and the result wasn’t the best for me since the top coat was showing the border line.. i believe they can do better c: ..either way i will go there again ❤️

This was my second visit to the place and both of them have been very satisfying. The first time I was helped by Julie and this time by Alita. Both of them are professionals to the core and did their job exceptionally well. Interestingly, I have this problem of ingrown toenails and hence, there is no way I can avoid a visit for more than a month. I am so happy at my recent discovery of this place and strongly recommend it to anyone who needs such services. Best wishes.

All the girls in the salon were welcoming and friendly, I had my eyebrows threaded and then a pedicure followed by a 30 min massage, I couldn't fault any of the services that I received! I will definitely be back
